Our new account credit approval process is normally completed within 24 hours of receipt of your credit application, and shipment of your order will be within 24 hours of approved credit on all stocked items. If you need your order shipped quicker, we accept Mastercard and/or Visa orders.

Simply click on the cpa.pdf link below to bring up a customer credit application. Print out the form, complete it and fax back to us at 972-255-0269.

If you are tax exempt in Texas or California, click on the appropriate state's Tax Exempt form(s), complete the appropriate forms, and fax them back to us along with your credit application.

Your application will be processed and you will receive an email notification by the next working date.
