HISTORY
On June 24, 1988 a meeting for the purpose of organizing the Pebble Grove Cemetery Association
was held at Maysfield, Milam County Texas. Present at the meeting:

The Association recently learned from Joyce Cosby Davenport that her
great-grandfather, George W. Cosby, donated the land for Pebble Grove Cemetery.
He arrived in Milam County in 1830, then eventually married his
wife Martha.
